4. Licensing & Compliance
Transactions comply with state DMV and UCC requirements. Buyer/Seller sign applicable title, tax, and lien documents.
Government-issued ID may be required to complete paperwork.
Units can be delivered to our facility or scheduled for pickup. Transportation charges may apply.
Final trade credit is booked after receipt and verification of equipment and documents.
6. Documentation & Lien Release
If a lien exists, provide lender contact details and payoff amount.
We coordinate payoff and collect a formal lien release prior to title transfer. Copies of all documents are retained.
7. Payment & Trade Credit
Trade credit is applied to your invoice or buyer’s order. Any remaining balance is due per chosen terms
(Wire/ACH, cashier’s check, or approved financing). Itemized statements reflect the trade allowance and fees.
We maintain inspection notes, photos, and valuation worksheets. Known conditions and non-OEM modifications
must be disclosed. No warranty is implied on trade-in units unless expressly stated in writing.
